Well, it’s not black and white, either/or.
We shouldn’t be too logical about things or too ‘in our head’ when we should be in our heart.
If we are too ‘in our heads’, we miss intuition and, of course, sleep!
But to answer the question, when another causes one harm, it means we needed a lesson, or another would not be able to cause us harm, would they?
So, do you look at the harm as a lesson, or do you look at it as harm?
If you see it as harm, then you become someone’s victim; you develop a ‘victim mentality’…
