Idiot's Guide to Silver

Why you should consider silver before the banks fail, and what happens when printing stops.

Or why you should consider Silver before the banks fail..

Introduction.

If the banks don’t fail now, they will fail sooner or later. Countries and central banks cannot keep printing money out of thin air and that’s what they’ve been doing since 1970.

It’s like getting a 1/4 cup of coffee and pouring water into it, the coffee becomes weaker and weaker. Money has become weaker and weaker, it’s become so diluted it doesn’t even taste like coffee anymore!

1.

Why will the price of gold be stable if the banks fail?

Because banks hold assets, and when a bank fails, the assets are sold to pay back depositors. The main asset banks have is gold. So the first thing they will do is sell their gold to pay their depositors money back.

What happens if all the banks sell gold? The market will be flooded with gold and the price will go down- or at least remain the same price. The price may even increase but nothing like silver.

2.

Banks cannot physically hold sliver

If a bank had a large room full of gold, the bank would need 60 of these rooms to hold the same value of silver, because gold right now is 60 times more expensive.

Therefore, when a crash happens, banks will not be selling silver, because they don’t own any.

This means the price of silver will go up, while gold remains the same or may go up in value but not by very much, because there is lots and lots of gold.

3.

There is not enough silver being mined for large players to buy it.

This is because it costs more than $1,000 per kilo to mine silver, and the price is $1,000 per kilo.

In other words, mining silver is simply not worth it. This means the bankers cannot control silver because they don’t have any.

They can hold on to gold and use it for lots of reasons like manipulation, but not silver.

4.

Silver IS money.

If you owned a car worth $50,000 and I offered you silver worth $60,000, would you take it?

You would be foolish not to because you can cash silver in anywhere, in any country.

Of course if I offered you cattle for your car, you probably would not accept it. Nor would you accept steel, or lead or wheat or bitcoins!

This means that if you buy physical silver, you cannot loose it because it’s in your house.

It means in the event of a financial crash, Silver will gain value as other forms of wealth loose value.

If you buy stocks, shares, bitcoin, hold cash or something else, they exist- somewhere, but can cease to exist very easily.

Silver cannot cease to exit. You cannot go bankrupt if you own silver. Silver is outside the financial system.

5.

There is lots and lots of Gold

…But there is not enough silver. 800 million ounces of silver was traded in one day last week, that’s the entire quantity of silver mined for the year.

But most days silver trades at 400 million ounces or more. How is this possible? Because the silver market price is artificially controlled.

6.

A Gift

We can thank these market riggers because if they loose control of silver, they loose control of money.

Why? because You cannot go bankrupt if you own silver or gold bars. Please do NOT consider buying silver certificates, it must be physical silver.

The markets have crashed many times in the past, and they will crash again. Money will have little value.

That’s a problem for the people who control money because if silver is used as money, how can they manipulate the markets?

So we can thank these market manipulators, the Fed and central banks for keeping the price of silver low, low enough for it not to be used as money.

7.

What price will silver go up to?

Right now, gold is 60 times more expensive than silver. Doesn’t really make sense does it?

I my humble opinion, the true price of silver is about half the price of gold. Silver is around $1000 a kilo right now when it should be $30,000. But we are not greedy, it’s best to sell a lot lower than this figure.

Protect yourself, your family and your home. I have no skin in this game, I give this advice to help and that’s all.
